Once you place your order, we get to work packing it up with care. Here’s how long it takes:

  • Standard Orders: 1–3 business days to process.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days (subject to availability).

If your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please:

  •  Double-check your delivery address and surrounding area.
  • Check with neighbors or building managers who may have received it on your behalf.
